If your wedding is soon, contact us before ordering to request express delivery (subject to extra shipping fees, see below.) We cannot guarantee delivery dates with standard USPS shipping, although they generally deliver to US addresses within 3-5 business days after shipment, which means you will have your veil in about 7-10 business days after ordering.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All prices listed are USD. Currently we accept Paypal payments, a very secure method of making online payments. Please see Paypal's website for more information on this service. You do not need to sign up for an account to make a purchase. At this time, we cannot accept payments over the phone or email.

All US orders are shipped within 2-4 business days via the USPS service of your choice. Tracking information is emailed to you for your convenience, and can also be found in your Paypal account, if you have one.

USPS Express mail shipping is also available for $26.00 per shipment to any US address. Delivery can be expected in about 3-4 business days. If you need an exact delivery date, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate your request.

REGARDING DELIVERY: All shipments are sent via a USPS service that includes tracking. When your order is shipped, an automatic email is sent to you with the tracking information, which can also be found by logging into your Paypal account. Sometimes, instead of leaving the package at your door, the mail carrier will instead leave a notice of the attempted delivery. It is then your responsibility to either pick up the package at your local post office, or arrange for its redelivery. If the package remains unclaimed and is sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipping back to you. An unclaimed, returned package (and packages marked "return to sender") does not automatically constitute a return or exchange. To avoid this, we suggest you keep an eye on the tracking information, which will be updated with the attempted delivery if it occurs.

Information on international orders: We are able to ship our products internationally to many, but not all, countries via USPS International Priority mail. If you live in any country except Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Singapore or Australia, you must contact us before ordering for a Paypal invoice that reflects the higher shipping costs to your country. If you do not contact us and purchase directly from the website using the domestic shipping rates listed above, we will either send you a Paypal invoice for the difference in shipping costs or refund your purchase. If you chose not to pay the difference, or we do not hear from you in 7 days, your order will be cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all customs fees, which are not included in the shipping rate. We reserve the right to request a confirmed address through Paypal. If you provide an unconfirmed address, we may refund your purchase and ask that you repurchase using a confirmed address. More information on confirming your address can be found at www.paypal.com. Due to the delicate nature of our products, returns are accepted for exchange only. This ensures that our customers always receive new, unworn veils and that our prices remain low, keeping the veils affordable for everyone. Please be confident in your selection before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions that will make the decision-making process easier. Exceptions cannot be granted to the exchange-only policy, even if you have a change in plans, incompatible gown color, have found something else, or any other reason.

Effective Nov 9, 2007, we are now accepting exchanges based on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us at info*at*somethingbold.com  (replace *at* with @) within 7 days of receiving your order. The receipt date is determined by the USPS record of the delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • The veil must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. If you need an extension, just let us know before the time limit expires.
  • The original tag must still be on the veil, and it must be in new, unworn condition. We ask that you reuse the original packaging, or something comparable.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs both ways, as well as the cost difference between the two veils, if any. A Paypal invoice will be sent for the return shipping once we receive the first veil back. If the new veil is less expensive, we will credit your Paypal account accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if these conditions are not met. We cannot be responsible for damage to items sent back that are not properly packaged, or lost during shipping. It is strongly suggested that you reuse the original packaging and a shipping service that offers insurance & tracking.
  • Custom veils (anything that cannot be purchased directly from the website and must be coordinated via email) are final sales. Any veil that can be added to your shopping cart and purchased online is exchangeable. Vintage pieces and bouquet jewels cannot be returned, as these are one-of-a-kind and/or custom made for your order.

You must notify us within 5 days of receiving defective merchandise, based on the delivery date from USPS. It will be replaced with an identical item, pending availability, upon the return of the first item.
